Job Ready Resumes provides customized, professional resume services. By purchasing any service from Job Ready Resumes, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

Nature of Services

All services offered by Job Ready Resumes are personalized and tailored to the individual client. Work begins shortly after purchase and involves time, expertise, and professional judgment that cannot be reused or resold.

Because of this, refunds are limited and issued only under the conditions described below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under the following circumstance:

  • A full refund may be requested if cancellation occurs before any work has begun.

Work is considered to have begun once any of the following occurs:

  • Review of submitted resume or career materials
  • Creation of written feedback or markup
  • Resume rewriting or editing begins
  • Strategy, positioning, or role‑alignment work is performed

Once work has begun, the service is considered in progress and is non‑refundable.

Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons:

  • Dissatisfaction with subjective style, tone, or wording after delivery
  • Change of mind after work has started
  • Failure to receive interviews, callbacks, or job offers
  • Delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late client materials
  • Lack of communication from the client during the project timeline

Hiring outcomes depend on factors outside the control of Job Ready Resumes, including market conditions, competition, and employer decision‑making.

Revisions Instead of Refunds

If a client believes the final deliverable does not reasonably align with the service scope described at purchase, Job Ready Resumes may, at its discretion, offer revisions in place of a refund.

Revision requests must:

  • Be submitted within the stated revision window
  • Remain within the original scope of the purchased service

Revisions are intended to refine the existing work, not restart or redesign the project.

How to Submit a Refund Request

If you believe your purchase qualifies for a refund under this policy, you must contact Job Ready Resumes within 48 hours of purchase.

Requests must include:

  • Full name
  • Date of purchase
  • Service purchased
  • Reason for the refund request

Final Determination

All refund requests are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis. Job Ready Resumes reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request in accordance with this policy.
